I was on the phone with support for a couple of hours yesterday trying to get my bluetooth headphones working again on my BB Z10 device.

My headphones were purchased from the Verizon store and I had paired the device successfully with the phone several times prior to a recent update. Unfortunately, after this recent update, I could no longer get my device to pair with the headphones.

Verizon support told me that this was a common problem with BB devices and that it is not something that they can resolve over the phone. They also said that I either needed to purchase new headphones or purchase a new phone.

I was able to resolve my issue when I contacted Michael via Blackberry's Facebook support site and he was able to give me some basic instructions on how to reset/repair my bluetooth functionality.
